Hedera helix - English Ivy
Ivy is a vigourous grower when given the right light and moisture. Usually grown as a hanging plant indoors, it's aerial roots can be trained to climb a moss stick or trellis.
Height: Will climb as high as it's allowed to.
Light: Bright light, no direct sunlight. Ivy thrives under fluorescent light.
Water: Keep soil slightly moist but not soggy during the spring, summer and fall. During winter months, slightly drier when growth is slower. Wilted leaves are a sign of dry soil or overwatering.
Temp: Cool to average room temps. 50 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Soil: African Violet soil is best
